I'm Sabine Sheehan — founder of SHIOCH.

I am a brand and marketing consultant with over 20 years of experience across Irish Whiskey, FMCG, manufacturing, PR and events.

My career has taken me from leading the Jameson Brand Homes for Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard, to launching Lambay Irish Whiskey internationally, to working across brand strategy, NPD, campaign management and creative execution for some genuinely brilliant businesses. Along my journey I am very proud to have been awarded both the Irish and Global Icons of Whisky Award for Irish Whiskey Brand Ambassador .

What inspires me is the work itself. Getting under the bonnet of a brand, understanding what it's really about, its DNA, and helping the people behind it tell that story more clearly and effectively. But what clients actually come to me for, isn't the CV. It's the ability to cut through the noise, make clear decisions, and get work done to a high standard. I work hands-on, I work honestly, and I work across sectors — because good brand thinking doesn't belong to any one industry.
